One of the top interest rates desks in Asia, known for its innovation and excellence in the corporate and institutional solutions arena, is actively sourcing a senior VP rates structurer to join its team in Hong Kong.
This is an immediate hire and my client is eager to pay an extremely competitive salary and high bonus for the right candidate.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:
-Structuring new solutions for interest rates/FX derivatives for institutional and corporate clients,
-Pricing, modelling and marketing the derivative products for clients across North Asia,
-Frequently meeting clients in order to structure the most client-driven and saleable derivative products.

The types of candidate my client would consider for this role would have the following skills:
-Must be at least Senior VP-level at a top house,
-It is essential to be experienced in interest rates and FX derivative products; my client wants candidates who are technical, highly entrepreneurial and have a good understanding of asset and liability transactions,
-It is highly desirable to have experience with institutional and corporate clients across the North Asian Market.
